 The deadline for Replace/Refund a Product is 14 days from the date on which You received the Product.

In order to exercise Your right of Return/Replace, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement at following email, we would provide you Returning Address.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Product.

Conditions for Replace/Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

•  The Products were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Products are in the original packaging.
• The Products should must be un-used.
• The Products are not same which you ordered.
• The Delivered Products are faulty (Complete/Partial).
• The delivered Product is expired.
• The Receipt should must be attached along with claim.
• We are not responsible for Product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend trackable mail service.
• Customer should bear the charges of courier service for claim.

We reserve the right to refuse Replace/Refund if that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
